نائب عميد كلية الطب والعلوم الصحية لشؤون الدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي في جامعة إب.

يعد الدكتور سيف من الأفراد ذوي الخبرة العالية والكفاءة في مجاله، حيث يمتلك مهارات استثنائية في الإجراءات الجراحية التقليدية والبالغة التنظير. يعمل جاهداً على تحسين مهاراته والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات والابتكارات في مجال الجراحة. يساهم في تطوير الاستراتيجيات والخطط التي تهدف إلى تعزيز جودة التعليم الطبي والبحث العلمي في الكلية. يعتبر دكتور سيف محركاً رئيسياً للطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتحقيق التميز في الدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي. يتميز شخصيته بالتواضع والإخلاص في خدمة المجتمع الطبي والأكاديمي، ويعد نموذجاً يحتذى به للطلاب والزملاء. كما يساهم بفاعلية في تعزيز مكانة الكلية كمركز تعليمي رائد في مجال الطب والعلوم الصحية.
